HOLIDAY SEASON EXTENDED RETURNS

Give the perfect gift! Enjoy an extended 60-day return/exchange policy on all orders placed from November 1, 2024 until January 15, 2025. The 60-days are counted from the delivery date of your item(s). All other terms of our standard return/exchange policy still apply.

Full 100% refund on frames & contact lenses. No restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.



Returns

Contact Lenses may be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. All contact lens boxes must be unopened, unmarked and in the original packaging.

Refund: items returned will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges within 30 days of purchase are free; Exchanges after 30 days are subject to a $3 restocking fee per box.

All contact lens exchanged after 30 days must have an expiration date minimum of 2 years. The boxes shall be unopened, unmarked and in the original packaging.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All frames must be returned in their original packaging material along with authenticity papers, case, cloth, and warranty cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. A full credit value paid for the item applies.

Frames with prescription or custom lenses

Frames with prescription or custom lenses 100% money back guarantee on every purchase of frames with prescription or custom lenses.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All frames must be returned in their original packaging material along with authenticity papers, case, cloth, and warranty cards. Demo lenses must be returned along with the custom lenses.

If you’re having trouble locating your order or any other issues related to returning your order, contact customer service to request a return.
We do not cover return shipping except for orders returned for discrepancies or defects.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery date for any package discrepancies or defects. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to exchange or refund the item.

Items must be received back to our warehouse prior to refunding.
